In the previous month, BT said it would be using fibre optic connections in a few of exchanges in suburban London and Cardiff for trial basis this summer before more productions started.

First 12 MP camera phone by LG disclosed !

I rejoiced at the news that the mobile phone manufacturing giant LG has introduced its first camera phone with a high resolution of 12 MP and Schneider-Kreuznach optics. This camera is also has the auto/touch focus, xenon flash and most necessarily, it is also capable of recording HD video clips (1280 x 720 pixels) at 30 fps. HD videorecording is the next best thing in the heavy feature gadget. The video recorded with this camera is of utmost clarity and quality. There might not be any similar camera phone bringing snaps with the clarity this phone can bring.

Earlier, I had to opt for either the HD-videos of the Samsung i8910 Omnia or the 12 MP resolution of the Samsung M8910 Pixon12, but now I can have both of the qualities together in the LG GC990 Louvre. Isn’t it interesting! The gadget also has the WiFi with DLNA feature for the wireless connectivity through the phone, TV-out to enjoy the videos on the TV, GPS with the A-GPS support for helping me to make out my position wherever I am. It further sports the Bluetooth feature for the sending and receiving of stuffs in the handset to other handset or to the laptops.

The screen of 3.2 inches produces an adoring and attractive display with the aid of the 16 M colours. O! I left few other camera stuffs of this handset. It also has the zero shutter lag, which probably means that I will be able to take images as fast as I do with a dedicated digital camera. So, it’s really a matter to rejoice with the news of LG GC990 Louvre!

An accelerometer sensor in the LG GC990 Louvre can further help a person to control the gadget’s applications simply by shaking and inclining it in different directions. It is very helpful in mainly playing the games and changing the tracks being played. DivX and Xvid forms of video support is also provided in this LG gadget. So, you can also enjoy these formats of videos through the handset. Battery support is also expected to be enough so as to use all the features of the handset.

The Cheapest Home Broadband in UK initiated by BT

With an aim to attain the top spot, BT has introduced a package which would cost the least among all of the home broadband deals. Through the new initiative, up to 8 MB of wireless broadband can be received at home and also up to 1 GB of free monthly usage is allowed for a total cost of only £308.08 paid for a total period of eighteen months, which would cost £528.48 for a deal with Orange or £435.00 with Virgin. As a rough estimate, the 1 GB can allow someone to send 300 e-mails, browse over the web for nearly 400 minutes, download approximately 144 songs. With so much offered, the price is lower than others and so it has been estimated that the BT will be able to attract maximum users to itself, which will be ultimately resulting in the maximum profit for the home broadband provider.

The Managing Director of BT’s consumer division, John Petter called the deal to be very good and the most complete mobile and home broadband. He added that the broadband has proved to be better as it can be used anywhere and at anytime.

With the BT costumers getting the ability to get online on the go by simply attaching the USB modem into their laptop, John called it to be the best way to get online anywhere on the train, or in the park for booking tickets, check emails, check match results or whatever we used to go online for. The home broadband provider will offer a speed of 7.2 Mbps when the user is out of his home. It is also supported over the 3G network.

BT Total Broadband customers can now get both mobile and home broadband in UK with a membership of BT FON network of around 40,0000 FON hotspots throughout the world. The consumers can also avail the top benefits of hotspots at more than 650 Starbucks coffeehouses in the UK and Ireland.

With the connection manager software available in the BT home broadband, the users can even select the cheapest and fastest network available in the place they are. The standalone 1 GB prepay USB modem offered at a price of £129.99 for 18 months also reduces the competition to a great extent. With the internet provided through the USB modems, users can literally carry internet in their pockets.

So much offered at so less a price through the initiative, may really result in a massive success of the BT Broadband, as after the implementation of the initiatives, new deal would arrive and it would be the best among all home broadband deals offered by different brands of providers.
